Volunteers
RCTA is a volunteer driven organization with no paid staff. We need experienced players to serve as volunteer mentors to new youth and adult players. We also utilize volunteers to:
- Staff league/tournament events
- Operate the RCTA concession stand at Memorial Park
- Raise funds to operate RCTA player development programs and pay for college scholarships
